Cherry Kan

Cherry Kan is currently training for her Commercial Certificate. Outside of flight training, Cherry enjoys working her day job as a Flight Operations Technical Writer for a Part 135 operation and spending time outdoors with her toddler daughter and spouse. Cherry's passion for aviation stemmed from a young age. As a kid, her family resided across the street from Kai Tak International Airport in Hong Kong, and airplanes were part of her everyday life, flying overhead.

The fascination with airports and airplanes has led Cherry to pursue different sectors in aviation operations. Since 2022, Cherry has set the goal to become a professional pilot. Cherry's ultimate dream is to become an international airline/corporate pilot, connecting people around the world to home and afar.

Cherry believes there is no good or bad timing to make a dream happen; you just need to keep making steps forward; even a small step will bring you closer to your ultimate dream.
