The Debbie Franceus Memorial “Aviation Spirit Award” is given each year to an individual nominated by fellow aviators and peers that best exemplifies the true spirit that general and comercial aviation represents.

Linda Langrill was chosen by the Foundation's Aviation Spirit Award Review Committee and Founder & CEO Mike Franceus due to her lifelong committment to driving Aviation Spirit through volunteerism, mentorship, supporting aspiring pilots pursuing their dreams and centering her adult life around general and commercial aviation and everything it represents. As Chairperson of the Michigan Ninety-Nine's, International Organization of Women Pilots, Linda has touched the lives of countless women pursuing their dreams to take to the skies.
